e-hockey
Elijah and I are sitting on the couch. He is watching Dora the Explorer and I am writing my newsletter on my laptop – it is 6:00 am. Elijah, now almost 23 months old says, “e hockey, e hockey.” Meaning “me watch hockey”. He was pointing at the computer screen.
I said, “Do you want to watch hockey highlights?” He said “yes”. So we opened NHL.com video highlights and watched highlights from last night’s games. I think we have another hockey player budding, when at 23 months old he is more interested in NHL Highlights than Dora! 
The other thought that crossed my mind was, “Did he mean e-hockey, as in electronic hockey?” In that case, we might also have a genius on our hands! “e-hockey highlights” and Elijah Coles.

Your comments on our blog have been wonderful. It makes me feel like someone is reading!! And I am enjoying yours immensely as well. It makes me feel more connected to Peterborough, to what God is doing through KYFC and The Bridge, and to home. Three more weeks and we’ll be back to visit!
